When we owned McDonald’s restaurants, we were taught that the best way to build marketshare is to put a hose in the competitions mouth and turn the water on high. This may sound harsh, but in a competitive environment it is a reality. Obviously, you are not going to physically harm your competition, but you want to out-smart, out-market, and keep them guessing what you are going to do next. If you keep your competition struggling, desperately coming up for air, then it makes you stronger. The fact is, the weaker, hopefully your competition -- will fail.
Competition is like a game. The secret of winning is to always stay a step ahead of the competition…The key to business success is to always focus on getting as much of the market share as possible. Understand that your competition gets the marketshare you don't get. What you don’t get… others will. You can be passive, or you can be aggressive… Just know that someone will fail… Someone will succeed.
The world of business is cut-throat. Someone wins… Someone loses. Who's side of the game are you playing on? We can help your business succeed. Our coaching program is #1. Call us at 702-610-1050 or email at www.partnerforbusiness.com.

The current economic conditions has made network marketing a viable option for those looking for additional streams of income. Everything from soap, gold, greeting cards, and educational training can be purchased from your local network marketer. And, if you are not already signed up with a company that markets and sells products with commissions that go to multiple levels of people, you should consider joining in with the crowd.
Because of the ever-increasing cost to operate a traditional brick-and-mortar business, operating a home-based multi-level marketing, network marketing, or direct marketing business is becoming more and more mainstream.
If you are already participating in a home-based business, congratulations. If not, I challenge you to do some homework and sign up for a business that interests you.
Have you had friends or family members invite you to a presentation to see an exciting new business opportunity? Have avoided attending any of these presentations because you prejudge the content. Do you assume that you don't have time to get involved in another business, or that these meetings are about multi-level pyramid scams? I recommend that you start saying 'yes' to these invitations and start showing up. You might be pleasently surprised. These days, most network marketing companies are legitimate.
I would like to invite you to learn more about a group of home-based business professionals that support each other in a unique business opportunity. This company has been around for 24 years and is credible. For more information visit: www.magic.advancingwithus.com
Visit the website and sign up for more information. It won't cost you anything to get the facts. You'll be glad you did and you'll thank me later.

The following phrase is a business philosophy that can be worth millions if you follow it -- It can cost your business millions if you don't follow it. "Two people cannot make one decision."
When your business partner is your spouse, be sure to clearly define each of your roles and responsibilities. Agree on who is responsible for making decisions in each department of your business. For example, personnel, finance, marketing, client services, product development, etc. Once you agree on who is responsible for each department, trust, let go, and hold each partner capable of their job. Many of the tasks can be delegated to staff. However, each partner should be accountable for the decisions and results for their respective department.

Question…When should you consider a partner for your business? I recommend that you do NOT set up a business partnership just because it is convenient, or it’s a family relationship. There are only two reasons you should consider setting up a business partnership; knowledge, or financial resources. If you have both, you may not need a partner.
If you are inexperienced or lack the knowledge of operating the business concept, a business partner who has this knowedge could bring much needed experience into the company. If you have the experience, but you don’t have the money to operate the business, then consider a partner that has the financial resources.
Anything with Two Heads is a Freak is an excellent book that discusses this topic in detail. You can buy ithere.

Michael Jackson's death reminds us of how mortal we are as humans. Money and fame may be a security blanket, but our own personal demons can whisk that blanket away. Focus your energy on living a balanced lifestyle. It is the "magic key" that will out live any money or fame.
Are you totally committed to your work and your business? Yet, family relationships suffer because of your business commitments? Do you sacrifice family over work? Do you lack the time to take care of your physcal and mental health? There are four areas of lifestyle that you should keep balanced.
1. Physical (Take care of yourself physically and mentally. Controll stress.)
2. Emotional (Be yourself. Be vulnerable. Be passionate. Be loving)
3. Mental (Have a positive mental attitude. Set big goals. Enjoy life!)
4. Spiritual (Be at peace with yourself. Be intuitive. Commit to lifelong learning)
Keep these four areas of your life in check. You will be happier, healthier, and wealthier. My new book: Anything with Two Heads is a Freak dedicates a chapter to these four areas in great detail. In fact, the entire book is compiled of dozens of ideas and concepts from differenct sources that will support your journey to a more profitable business and a more balanced life. I suggest that you buy the book here.

It’s natural to want to go into business with your family. Who else in the world do you know better? The idea of starting your own business might have been discussed for years as part of the family conversation. Preparations may have started long in advance, with the luxury of time to work out all the details.
When deciding whether or not to become partners with a family member, there are several factors to consider. With all the obvious benefits, there can also be some detriments, depending on the family and the particular family member you’re thinking about partnering with. It’s better to ask and answer questions in advance.
It pays to examine the benefits of becoming partners with family members. One obvious benefit is you usually have an extensive knowledge of the personality, quirks, strengths, and weaknesses of the members of your family. Any chance of deceiving you by pretending to be something they’re not is long past. Familiarity with the other person is a great benefit to the partnership.
Along with all the advantages, there are also some disadvantages. First and foremost is the baggage that family members bring with them. The preconceived notions and perceptions that family can bring into a partnership can work to the detriment of the business. Issues that have little to do with the problem at hand, such as unresolved resentment or petty disputes, can bubble up during times of stress. The professional distance that most of us maintain in our normal work lives is often eliminated when we are dealing with family.
While there are no guarantees against problems in a family partnership, there are some tools, techniques, and strategies that can help you to avoid some of them and to minimize the damage done by those that do occur.
Even when you are partnering with family you should “put it in writing”. Legal documents, agreements and charters are a must for family businesses. Keep a calendar and schedule all tasks and who is responsible for completing them. Anything with Two Heads is a Freak: How to Make Business Partnerships Work is a great “How To” manual if you do, or are considering, partnering with family. Buy the book today!
