About the Authors
Dan and Manon Rodriguez are more than husband and wife; they are business partners - each credited with nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. They have owned, operated, and partnered with many business entities, including McDonald’s Restaurants, Martinizing Dry Cleaning, Melaleuca, and various real estate projects.
Dan is a recognized authority on business partnering and communications. He has authored several business-related books and has presented over 5000 lectures, workshops, and keynote speeches throughout the United States. Dan’s unique presentation style incorporates magic and comedy with his business message. He has extensive experience as a television talk show host and has participated in 100’s of interviews over the past 25 years.
Manon is a sought after expert in the employee development and business relationship field. She has earned numerous recognitions as an entrepreneur and business leader. She was a founding member and division chair of the McDonald’s People First Initiative - the program McDonald’s uses to train and recognize their employees. Currently, as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, Manon facilitates partnership and team development for the Relay For Life program.
